1. Character movement

1.1.
The character is a simple 3D model with a human-like appearance.

1.2.

Basic movements can be controlled by using the keyboard W,A,S,D or by using the arrow keys.

W : Move forward

S : Backstep

A : Turn left

D : Turn right

- You can feel faster movement by holding down the left Shift key while moving forward and backward.

- Detailed movements of the arms, legs, torso, and head are automatically adjusted depending on the direction of movement.

- Automatically adjusts height even when going up or down steep slopes.

1.3.

When you place your mouse over a specific object, an outline of the object will appear, and when you click to select a specific object, it will automatically move to that object.

1.4.

When a character approaches an interactive object, the object and its possible actions will be displayed.

- Interactive objects include doors, beds, chairs, etc.

- When you press the displayed shortcut (number) button, the corresponding action will be performed.

1.5.

The behavior depends on the interacting object.

- The most common case is when it ends with one movement.

Example) Washing your hands at the sink.

- There are also cases where an interaction begins and remains in that state, and then returns to the original state when the interaction ends.

Example) When you pick up a specific object, you keep holding it, and only return to your original state after you put the object down.

2. Character status

The character's status is displayed in six detailed statuses. This game places importance on the character's vital activity and health status.

2.1. Strength, Stamina

Indicates the overall health of the character. A higher value on the gauge indicates better health.

2.2. Fatigue

It indicates a state of physical fatigue due to excessive physical activity, and fatigue can lead to a decrease in physical strength and, in severe cases, (internal) injuries.

2.3. Hunger

Indicates a state of needing to eat. If extreme hunger persists, it can lead to (internal) injury.

2.4. Defecation

It is also important to consume food, use energy, and then discard the rest. It is also important to have a healthy bowel movement once or twice a day.

2.5. Injuries

There are external injuries, such as those caused by collisions with external objects, and internal injuries, such as those caused by fatigue/hunger.

As injuries become more severe, it becomes difficult to continue playing.

2.6.

Germs can be transmitted by coming into contact with dirty or dangerous objects, and unclean surroundings or an unclean body condition can also cause illness.

If the illness remains severe for a long time, it also becomes difficult to continue playing the game.

3. Map

In the demo version of [The Likely 26], the character's environment is limited to the first floor of the house.

A menu that allows you to perform special functions. Click the mouse to check detailed menus and functions.

4.2. Date, time and weather information

Shows date, time, and temperature information in the game world.

4.3. Character status information

The character status information introduced in Chapter 2 above is briefly displayed in real time.

5. Game Rules

5.1. Game Rules

- If you remain tired or hungry, it can lead to (internal) injury.

- If the environment is unclean, it leads to disease.

- If you are seriously injured or ill, you cannot continue playing the game.

- If you remain healthy for 365 days, you will successfully complete the game.

5.2. Game Hints

- Sleeping can help reduce fatigue.

- Eating in the kitchen can relieve hunger.

- You can relieve the urge to defecate in the toilet.

It really pisses me off that I only write one article for the meeting and then do nothing else.

Introducing the devilish game that stole my weekend.
🩸 Vampire survival + 🎵 Rhythm game combination!

At first I thought it was some kind of horrible hybrid .

I thought it was edible, so I wrote a review!

[Rhythm Witch: Dance with Death]  

Let's start the review.

Let's go right now!

If I had to summarize this game in three keywords , they would be:

Ride the rhythm , dodge attacks , and eat boxes !

If I just say it like this, you don't get the feeling, right?

Let me explain with images!

1. Get into the rhythm

The differentiating point of this game is its rhythm system.

Each stage has its own unique beat!

To the beat   Press Enter to attack !

There's no combo bonus like in rhythm games though.

!! If you miss the beat, you can't attack!!

Every time you attack to the beat

The screen is shaking

My character is also shaking

The enemies are also chasing after us, making noise.

Monsters with patterns charge their attacks!

Eventually, even the player himself will nod his head.

2. Avoid attacks

It follows the grammar of the basic snake game.

Enemies will chase you to the rhythm.

Attack and repel enemy attacks!

Enemies that charge once every two beats,

Enemies that charge their attacks to the beat,

Enemies that attack from a distance will also appear.

It's also important to understand your enemies' beats !

3. Eat the box

Two types of boxes will randomly spawn on the map!

A. Fixed box

If you build a combo within a certain area,

The box has an opening structure!

B. Distributed Box

Narrow areas are created throughout the map.

If you perform a combo there and fill up the gauge,

The box in the center opens!

Rewards include gold, skills, and equipment.

Personally, I really enjoyed opening this box .

It adds variety to what could otherwise be a monotonous gameplay!

✨ Character introduction ✨

I brought it because the illustration was cute and well-drawn.

The game's protagonist is a necromancer witch .

This is a basic character and a balanced magic dealer .

The master who summoned all the other undead characters.

The witch's confidant, the sorcerer .

A magic dealer with poison attacks!

The performance itself was ambiguous, so I only used it once.

This is a cute hunter with perked up ears.

This is the best character in the game.

Long range missile physics dealer!

The rest are just furries and male characters

Melee Dealer / Fever Dealer / Barrage Mage

This is how it feels. Fighting!

🎼 Here is the difficulty level description 🎼

This part is really, really important, so please read it!

There are three difficulty levels: Normal / Hard / Fever.

It's a trap to think that it will be easy if you do it with normal rhythm .

If not the tutorial, definitely do Fever Rhythm !

Normal Rhythm - All stages have the same beat

Hard Rhythm - Unique beat only in fever time

Fever Rhythm - Always a unique beat on the stage

But the system is screwed up.

Normal rhythm is 4 beats per circle,

Fever rhythm is 4 to 12 beats per circle.

If you do it in normal rhythm, it is different from fever rhythm .

It is a structure that has no choice but to attack less .

Even if you miss more than half a beat in a fiverhythm

You have to do it with Fever Rhythm to clear the stage.

🎚️ Introducing the system 🎚️

What I have introduced above is actually all, but

If you are curious about this game, read on!

1. Fever System

This makes the game a rhythm game .

If you perform attacks in time with the rhythm and build up a good combo,

It's fever time, so attack your enemies one after another!

2. Weapon (= Skill) System

You have to fill in the rhythm shown below the skill for the skill to appear!

The more gauges a skill has, the more powerful it is, right?

You can have up to four skills .

One basic attacker with a single space,

One Seneca reinforced attack aircraft,

One wide area of eight or more squares,

I think it's better to customize the rest to your taste.

3. Equipment System

Auxiliary items that have set effects and increase abilities.

It's the same system as other games. It was ordinary.

+ Personal tips!

- Characters are bought in order of expensiveness .

- Always set the difficulty to fever rhythm .

- It is best to eat the whole box without missing anything.

- The Flame build is currently the strongest.

- When strengthening your character, try to evenly increase various stats .

In fact, the question that arises while playing the game is

So, is the rhythm prominent?

Each stage has its own unique beat ,

I liked the fact that you had to get into a rhythm when attacking.

The structure where each stage is one song was also attractive.

But other than that, there was no element that brought out a sense of rhythm.

I think it would have been good to have one more.

My personal opinion is to add something like an ultimate skill

I wonder if it would be a good idea to add a system to input your own beats .

Of course, it is not a feat to just stick a system on and on.

As of now, it's ambiguous to call it a rhythm game .

  A game with a spoonful of rhythm added to snakes!  

So, does this game do a good job of combining snake and rhythm games?

I would like to answer that I did a good job of selecting and focusing .

Because you don't need to aim with the mouse like in Bemser

Users were able to focus more on the beat .

But I wouldn't say it's a 'rhythm game'

There was no variety in play according to the beat though!

It felt like a well-mixed fusion dish .

I had a delicious meal. I give it 5 points.

I think I'll do this often even after the review is finished.

혹시 이동은 유저가 직접 해야하는 걸까요? 뱀서류가 원형 무빙을 하며 적을 몰아서 공격하는 방식을 사용하는데 리듬을 활용한 공격이라면 두 가지 모두를 신경쓰기가 어려울 것 같기도...?그래도 만약 bgm으로 리듬감을 살리는 업데이트가 있다면 신나게 게임할 수 있을 것 같군요!
