벚꽃은 지고 있지만, 나는 아직 못 봤다
요즘 벚꽃이 만개한 날씨지만, 정작 저는 벚꽃은커녕 해도 제대로 못 볼 정도로 바쁘게 살고 있습니다. 그러다 겨우 퇴근길 즈음, 어둑한 하늘 아래 떨어진 벚꽃잎들을 보며 ‘아, 벌써 벚꽃이 지는구나’ 하고 실감하게 되죠.
달빛에 비친 벚꽃이 괜히 더 아련하게 느껴졌던 밤, 이런 생각이 들었습니다.
벚꽃을… 어디서든, 아무 때나 볼 수 있다면 얼마나 좋을까?
하이랄에는 그런 벚꽃이 있습니다
《젤다의 전설: 티어스 오브 더 킹덤》 속에는, 하이랄 전역에 흩어져 있는 벚꽃나무들이 존재합니다.
플레이어가 이 나무 아래 돌그릇에 사과나 열매 같은 과일을 올려두면,
신비로운 생명체 ‘사토리’가 나타나 근처 동굴의 위치를 빛의 기둥으로 알려주죠.
어느 지역에 있든, 어떤 시간에 접속하든,
이 벚꽃 아래에서는 늘 새로운 길과 이야기가 기다리고 있습니다.
게임 속 벚꽃은 피고 지는 계절과는 다르게, 언제나 우리를 기다리고 있으니까요.

벚꽃이라는 공간 안에서 그렇게 다양한 목적과 감정이 피어나는 걸 보면… 어쩌면 이건 단순한 게임 오브젝트가 아니라,
