오늘 돌비 시네마로 재개봉한 아키라를 보고 왔습니다
아키라가 무슨 영화냐? 하실수도 있는데
이거 하나 보시면 아 그거~ 하실 영화입니다
수많은 오마주를 만들어낸 '그 장면'
이 장면도 애니 좀 본다하면 다들 아시는 밈이죠, 딩~
사실 '아키라'라는 작품은
빨간 오토바이, 그리고 빨간 점퍼를 입은 소년
그리고 저 밈들... 밖에 모르는 정말 '아키라 안본 뇌'로 영화를 보러 갔습니다
스포 안되는 선에서의 후기는,
음... 확실히 고전작이라서 설정에 대한 불친절한 설명이 있구나
그리고 그 시절만의 기괴한 감성이 있네 정도였고
(사실 막 내용적으로 와닿지는 않았습니다,,,만 이건 꺼무위키를 정독해봐야 할듯)
이 시대에 만들어진 애니메이션은 아마 대부분 수제작이란 말이죠?
그런데도 불구하고 사이버펑크 도시의 그 디테일함이 살아있는 느낌이었습니다
이런 제작 비화를 알고가면, 유심히 보지 않을 수 없습니다 정말
이게 더 체감 되었던게, 크레딧에
'Ink and Paint Checkers' 라는게 있더군요
그리고 '아키라 레드'를 사랑하게 됨
주연 중 한 명인 '쇼타로'의 의상이라던가, 독보적인 디자인을 가진 바이크는
보는 내내 감탄만 할 수 밖에 없었습니다
정말 시대를 앞서간 디자인, 지금 봐도 디자인 잘 했네라는 소리가 절로나오더라구요
아키라의 애장판. 서점 갈 때마다 살까 말까 고민했었는데, 이젠 확신이 선다. 무조건 소장해야함
원작 소설이 존재하고, 그걸 기반으로 만화책이 있는데요
영화를 보고 나서는 '아 이거, 만화로 다시 봐야겠다'라는 생각이 들었습니다
그만큼 영화에서 비춰지지 않은 것들이 꽤나 많다고 느꼈던 것 같습니다
그리고 오토모 선생님의 작화도 하나하나 뜯어 보고싶은 욕심도 생기구요
사이버 펑크 세계관을 사랑하는 사람으로서
오리지널을 보고 온 느낌이랄까,
너무나 좋은 시간이었던 것 같습니다
포스터와 만화책까지 매입 한 후 오늘 마무리!
