The concept isn't bad, but there are a lot of things to be desired, such as the movement of the screen, the control of the characters, and the difficulty of the puzzles.
I think one way is to just leave out uninteresting stories.
In a game where the core of the fun lies in the player's free-roaming adventures and puzzles that they have to solve on their own, it seems like a bad experience to frequently encounter parts where you can't control the controls.
It reminds me a lot of Wave Tail, it seems to share the same flaws of being fun to run around in, but then losing interest in the game once you get tired of it.

오늘 오전에 월보잡을때 케릭터 하루 정지당했다고 재제 들어와서 문의글넣고,
점심 준비해서 맛있게 먹고 확인해보니깐 아직도 답변준비중
저녁먹고와서 다른 계정 케릭터로 월보 잡으러갔는데 또 다른 계정 케릭터도 정지 아직도 답변 준비중이고
뭐했다고? 오토나 잡을것이지 뭔가 월보잡을때 똑같이 이렇게 된거보면 뭔가 문제가 있는거같은데
본썹할때도 이런경우 없었건만 참 어이터지네요. 얼마나 정성스레 답변하는지 두고보고 접을지 말지 판단하렵니다.
