Future development plans

In this third test, we were able to try out various changes based on valuable feedback from users, such as improving battle tempo, adding character passives, adjusting AI, overhauling UI, and introducing a skin system.

After the test, we plan to focus on adjusting character balance, improving the controllability, and expanding skin content that can bring out the individuality of each character.

We are also continuing development to refine the user experience across the UI and improve the AI's natural movements and play strategies.

We are also focusing on finalizing the work to ensure a stable level of completion before the official release by thoroughly checking bugs reported during testing.

Even if this is your first time hearing Silksong, you've probably heard a lot about Hollow Knight.

It's a masterpiece game that perfectly captures the flavor of map-exploring Metroidvania, while also being called a 2D Dark Souls due to its notorious difficulty.

It's a very well-made game, so it has a huge fan base.

So, around February 2019, good news came to users who enjoyed playing Hollow Knight.

That's right...

Here's a teaser for the Hollow Knight sequel: Silksong.

Naturally, the fans went crazy.

When you watch a drama that's such a hit, you scream for a second season, right?

Hollow Knight felt exactly like that.

I was desperately waiting for something, whether it was DLC or a sequel.

However, Silk Song disappeared without a trace after its teaser in February 2019.

The situation has become so uncertain that it is not even possible to know the release date.

A new trailer was shown at the XBOX Showcase in June 2022, but there was no release date there either.
