묻지도 따지지도 않고 바로 개미굴 공략 시작.
개미굴 입구에서 길따라 좀만 들어가니 바로 묶여있는 NPC 발견.
드워프 종족의 '토르'라는 인물로 무기나 장비류 전문 판매 NPC입니다.
그리고 이 토르라는 NPC는 구하면 '크루가 동력장치'라는 아이템을 줍니다.
이 아이템은 함정 근처에 설치하면 내구도가 닳을 때마다 알아서 내구도를 채워주기에 필수템입니다.
초반에 얻으면 매우 유용합니다.
토르를 구한 곳에서 조금 더 들어가면 이렇게 빛나는 상자가 하나 있습니다.
이름하야 '마법 공유 상자'로 이 상자 안에 넣은 아이템은
따로 인벤토리에 물건을 넣지 않아도 제작대에서 사용할 수 있습니다.
매번 뭐 만들 때마다 상자에서 꺼내서 인벤토리에 넣고 귀찮았는데 수고를 덜 수 있겠군요!
여기서 더 들어가면 개미굴의 보스인 '크라운 앤트'를 만날 수 있습니다.
레벨 26으로 높지만 못 잡을 정도는 아닙니다!
팁을 드리면 주로 직선 공격을 많이 하기에 사이드 스텝으로 옆에서 공격하면 쉽게 잡을 수 있습니다.
크라운 앤트를 잡으면 주는 드랍 아이템으로는 크게 '저주 이빨'과 '크라운 앤트 모자'가 있습니다.
저주 이빨은 상점에 팔면 무려 900골드를 주는 희귀템입니다.
그리고 크라운 앤트 모자는 스태미나와 광물, 나무 피해량을 올려주어 채집 시에 매우 유용하겠습니다.
한편 개미굴을 클리어하면 이름답게 여러 구역으로 갈 수 있는 지름길로 사용할 수 있습니다.
그 중에는 '쉼터'라는 곳이 있습니다.
몬스터 한 마리 안 보이는 이곳에서
끝 쪽에 있는 풍차 건물에 가면 묶여있는 NPC 한 명과 적 한 마리를 발견할 수 있습니다.
어 쉽겠는데? 하고 다가가면
무려 레벨 58짜리 몬스터가 반겨줍니다.
사실 미리 스포를 하자면 이 친구 때문에 여러 번 죽고 플레이 의욕이 싹 사라져서 일지를 (완)하게 되었습니다.
행동 반경이 정해져 있어 바깥으로 유인해 보려고 해도 어느 순간 다시 NPC 근처로 돌아오고
절벽 지형을 이용해서 떨구어도 원래 위치로 리스폰되어 공략하기 어려웠습니다.
그래도 어찌됐든 NPC를 구출할 수 있습니다.
제가 공략한 방법은 일부러 NPC와 최대한 멀리 떨어진 곳에서 죽어 적의 위치를 멀리 떨어뜨려놓고
그 사이에 빠르게 리스폰해서 구했습니다(주변에 크루가 성소 있습니다!).
NPC 이름은 '로건'으로 낚시 관련 NPC인데
들인 노력에 비해 크게 도움이 되는 NPC는 아닌 것 같군요...
이렇게 6일차 마무리이자 저의 이프선셋 생존일지 마무리입니다.
마무리하게 된 이유는 앞서 고렙 적에게 여러 번 죽으면서 받았던 스트레스도 그렇고
저도 뉴비인지라 시스템을 배우는 느낌으로 시작한 생존일지이다 보니
다음번에 플레이 하면 더 재밌게, 그리고 잘 플레이할 수 있을 것 같아 이후 새로 시작해 보려고 합니다.
