After a long time, I revisited the maid's house and finally went to the Maid Academy and gathered Argent's five-member maid group just now.
There seem to have been many new game system updates that I haven't seen. I am always grateful for the developer's hard work.

However, there are still many parts that I wish "it would be a little better like this~", so I'm going to jot down some thoughts as they come to mind.
If any users reading this post have any ideas, I think it would be a good idea to leave them behind.
Since it's a management game, I think it would be nice to have a little more of a management feel.

1. Maid Sorting / Filtering Function (I think many people are looking for it?)
Many subculture games already have tiers and levels for each character, and there are various performance indicators, and there are so many of them that there are many choices, but I don't know how far the story goes, but at least if you collect them one by one, I think you will collect at least 50 and at most 100. (Argent's 100 maid corps?)
Then, of course, attributes become important, and stats become important, so I think it would be a good idea to provide a function to sort by type for a more systematic function.
* In order of name (character name) / In order of recruitment (in order of employment in Argent) / In order of rarity (current order) / In order of level (in order of education level)
* In order of attribute (cuteness/sexiness/chicness/elegance) / In order of charm / In order of liveliness / In order of kindness / In order of overall ability (charm + liveliness + kindness) -> All descending order
I think it will be a little easier to recruit if you provide only the above.
What if you want a little more here?
* Cumulative sales order / Leader assignment order / Number of help times order -> I wish this was really recorded...
* Skill type filtering -> Since you can't compare them by clicking on them one by one, I hope you can group and classify the most similar ones.

2. 영업 Record book for the last N days (ERP system?)
For management, it seems that the functions are too scattered here and there. Of course, if you just fill in the dates diligently, you may be able to raise your stats more easily someday, but I don't think you can remember how you made more profits than expected before, or why so few people came. Therefore, I think a record book is needed to see the indicators each time business is completed.
In the case of RollerCoaster Tycoon, if you look at the loan-related window, you can see the sales ledger table and the current loan amount together, and you can see the amount of change for each month organized into a table. I think it would be helpful to help you make more systematic plans for what to do next time by looking at the sales ledger every day and seeing what the situation was like at that time.
* Total sales - Maid sales / Maid additional sales / Menu / Interior / Costume
* Total expenses - Labor costs (+including hiring costs/education costs) / Gift costs / Research costs (expenses related to operation such as menu unlocking, dress, accessory purchase costs) / Other expenses (expenses outside the store such as cat costs or arcade costs)
* Maid - Leader Maid / Number of skill activations / Event type / Management type (general? Management battle?)
* Menu - Number of orders per menu/quantity in stock,
* Customer - Number of visitors / Number of extensions / Number of troubles / Number of increased fans / Number of help
So, I think it would be nice to be able to show a somewhat TMI-like but sufficient amount of information that can be used as reference data when something happens. (Is this real management?)
I wonder if it would be better to give an upgrade cost at this point, or provide it when proceeding with infinite play as end content after all stories are finished...?

3. Map function and simplification of moving to other places in the area (Let's not spend too much time moving...)
The entire map is missing in the first place. So I always think about 'what was where' every time. If it's nearby, you can move quickly, but if it's far away, it takes a lot of time, right? I hope you can provide a map function so that you can move quickly.
For reference, in the case of Splatoon 2/3, the map is somewhat vast, so I hope you can open the map by pressing the + button and move directly to the clicked location by simply clicking the mouse on the map. You don't consume stamina or energy to move... haha

만족스러운 점
- 추억보정으로 게임이 부활한 것 그 자체,
기본베이스가 짜임새가 괜찮은 게임이라 그런지 하면서 재밌게 즐김.
- 인벤토리/창고시스템 개편 및 파밍난이도 대폭 완화
인벤토리 무제한이 되고 전반적으로 템 드랍율이 괜찮아 짐. 의뢰소 시스템과 인챈트 시스템을 활용하기에 쾌적하고 좋은 환경이 조성됨. 과금없이는 거의 진행이 불가능에 가까웠던 구 엘레쥬에 비해서 시간만 조금 투자하면 열쇠조달부터 템파밍에 전혀 막힘이 없음.
아쉬운 점
- 물리 / 마법 방어력 간의 조화가 안맞음.
공격이 마법타입으로 설정된 몹들은 딜이 원체 강한데 패턴도 보고 피하기 어려운 경우가 많음. 반대로 마법타입이 아닌
대부분의 몹들은 템 파밍이 쉬워진 현재 그냥 엘레쥬가 금강불괴모드가 되서 평타로 얍얍거리면 다 잡을 수 있어서 약간 지루한 느낌이 있음. 조금의 밸런스패치가 필요하지않았나싶은...
- 맵 재활용이 심함
플레이하다보면 느낄텐데 맵 자체를 재활용하는 부분이 매우 심함. 어디서 분명히 본 맵인데...하면서 생각해보면
저렙의 사냥터를 그대로 들고옴. 물론 사냥터가 많다보니 아주 재활용 안할 수는 없겠지만 요건 좀 심하지 않나 싶은...
- 보석가치가 너무 없어짐.
인챈트 시스템에서 보석이 가지는 가치가 너무 떨어지지 않았나싶음. 초반에는 보석이 아주 떼거지로 나오다가 실피드 지나는 부분에서 광물위주로 드랍이 시작되면서 보석들이 씨가 마르기 시작함 + 상점에서 보석을 상당히 싼 값에 팔다보니 굳이 보석을 인챈트 할 필요성이 떨어짐 + 상급보석일수록 보석요구치가 너무 많아서 보석모아서 만드는데 한세월...그냥 파밍난이도 완화한김에 후반갈수록 조각이나 원석 위주로 드랍되도 괜찮게 바꿔도 되지 않았나싶음. 엘레쥬가 보석술사가 아니라 엠마가 보석술사인 느낌.
- 너무 구시대적인 인챈트 방식
철괴, 구리괴 등의 광물류, 혹은 보석 종류의 아이템은 인챈트나 의뢰에서 요구하는 갯수가 많은 경우가 있는데 템을 무조건 하나씩 조합해야하다보니 시간이 겁나 걸림. 파밍난이도가 완화되서 더 체감되기도...
