I heard 3-stars are better than 5-stars, so I just tested it roughly
Asteria is just worse than Douglas
Even if Douglas' 1-turn damage buff is gone, the 16% raw attack power value is better?? It doesn't depend on conditions. Even when comparing Asteria's full-condition Anchor Shot, there's no difference. More than that, Douglas is level 30 and Asteria is 55 now... It would have been higher if Douglas was 55;

Thinking about this, I remembered that back in the -E- days, there was no performance difference between the 3-star Lorina and the 5-star first limited hero Luna, so they increased the 5-star's raw attack power and widened the difference in size from then on.
