 Hello, I played My Favorite Girlfriends Are Thrice Divided this time and it was so fun that I'm leaving a review! I only played through once, so there will be a lot of things I missed, and there may be things I misunderstand, so  just listen to it as a review from an ordinary user and let it flow. Just think of it as, 'Oh, there's also this kind of opinion!'

I don't have much experience writing, so please understand that it may be somewhat lacking!

(First of all, before I talk about the review, please be aware that it includes the ending contents and CGs of all heroine routes!)

 First of all, I really liked the overall parts of the game. The voice actors' performances were great, and the characters' settings were fun and interesting. The amount of content in the game was also quite long since there are three heroines, so I was satisfied. Those amounts were also well distributed among all three characters, so the story progressed well. I remember deeply 고민ing from the first choice because all the heroines were attractive. 

I'm the type of person who watches the character I like the most last, so I did the Seong Ah-yoon route last and started with the Na Yu-jin route first.

 I think I enjoyed the Yu-jin noona route more than I personally expected. 

Among the three heroines, she doesn't show that she likes the main character the most, and seeing that she was faithful to her role as a leader, I wanted to take care of her, and I was also curious about what her reaction would be if I chose her as a lover.

Every time I made a choice, she reacted with a cute reaction, and I liked the gap moe in her older sister attribute. Yu-jin noona, who owns her own car and even has a license, showing her driving is 멋있고 and 설레기도 because the concept of her being an older sister stands out. 

What I liked in the common episode was that she left Ah-yoon waiting and said, "Let's finish eating the ice cream before we go," which made me realize that Yu-jin noona is also one of the rivals in love, and I thought the part that slightly revealed the inner side of the character Na Yu-jin was  good.

 

 I honestly think Yu-jin noona's ending turned out the best among the three.

However, I don't know if it's because there wasn't much content after the ending incident was resolved, but unlike Na Yu-jin, who acted with a mask on, her personality didn't change much even at the ending, and I'm a little sad that there wasn't enough gap moe where she was all 사랑 and 질투. So, I felt like the climax was lacking because the incident resolution wasn't about settling things with Yu-jin noona's parents, who were directly related to the problem. That's how it ended, which was disappointing.

Still, as a result, it was the most well-resolved, and it was the Na Yu-jin route where I could enjoy the ending with a relieved feeling!

 The next heroine I played was the Han Ji-ah route.

The Ji-ah route was really fun to play because it went as I expected Ji-ah's personality to be.

In the case of Ah-yoon or Yu-jin noona, they are very calm and composed, so Ji-ah stands out especially, and I liked her 과격한 expressions and recent 드립s. 

It was fun to watch because she and the main character had good 티키타카 even while 데이트ing, and in the common episode, I always enjoyed the common episode where Ji-ah appears the most because there was the fun of seeing Ah-yoon's reaction or seeing Ji-ah 플러팅 in front of Ah-yoon.

I was wondering if Ji-ah's reaction would be the same at the last time, since her reaction was 열 받으면서도 귀여운 when I made the first or second choice.

 She was the most fun heroine, but I was quite disappointed because the ending had the most to say among the three. 

After Ji-ah's last choice, a lot of problems occur after her father comes to find her, but I really liked the story up to the point where she goes down to her hometown for the sake of the team and the main character, and I persuade Ji-ah, who seems to have given up, and try to bring her back. I feel like that was the best thing to do from Ji-ah's point of view. 

Then, when I brought Ji-ah and arrived in front of some unknown building, I initially predicted that it was to move to a 나성한 숙소 to avoid Ji-ah's father, who was the biggest problem.

It was unexpected that it was a surprise fan signing event, but I thought it was good because it was also a factor that reminded me of the excitement about Ji-ah's novel again. In addition, it was an announcement that was like Ji-ah's personality to reveal her husband in a surprise, so I know that Ji-ah regained her vitality because of this,

In the end, Ji-ah didn't eat for 3 days and was so 틀어박혀 that she was about to have a mental breakdown that would have been longer if the main character hadn't contacted her directly and gone to her, and she was about to go to her mother's house, where she didn't get along well, and even give up on the main character, but I was quite disappointed that there was no solution to her father in the end.

 Lastly, I played the Seong Ah-yoon route, who I liked more and more as I watched it for the first time and as I watched the story.

In a  game where you have to choose a lover first, she came with the fraudulent tag of 소꿉친구 and added the 멘헤라 concept, so I think she is a character that people who like it can't help but like.

Ah-yoon's route was actually the character I was most curious about what kind of reaction she would have at the first or second choice.

데이트ing with the main character wasn't much different from what I expected, but I really liked the scene where she smiled purely while thinking about the old days in the shade during the first 데이트, and the CG that came out with the sunset at the library during the second 데이트 was so good that I thought it was the best one among My Favorite Girlfriends Are Thrice Divided, and I was 설렜습니다. Ah-yoon is the most destructive because Ah-yoon herself is a combination of her feelings for the main character and her 소꿉친구 position, as she checks the other heroines the most even in the common episode.

 Ah-yoon's route ending was good about halfway among the three, but there were some big disappointing parts.

The biggest disappointing part was that it was difficult to understand the reason why Ah-yoon gave up her dream and switched to being a web novel writer.

It was said that her parents were always absent when she was young, so she followed the main character around, but I was disappointed that there weren't many past stories that were revealed accordingly.

I thought it would have been nice if they had talked more about Ah-yoon's condition and psychology after 갈라지고 in the past, as befits her 소꿉친구 position, but I was so disappointed that there wasn't much content related to the past.

Still, after the last choice, I was really 감탄ed by the voice actor's performance along with the CG at the peak of the conflict with  Ah-yoon!

 If I had said the good parts comprehensively at the beginning, there were three big disappointing points.

The first is that the episode after the last choice was long, but I was disappointed that there wasn't much of a 꽁냥거리는 part after the incident was resolved. 

I wanted to enjoy the lingering feeling for the last time while watching the 꽁냥거리는 scene, but I was disappointed that there wasn't much of it ㅠㅠ

I wish there was an after story like DLC.

The second is that I was disappointed that there were a little bit few CGs.

If you increase one specific heroine, you have to increase the other heroines as well, so the amount of work will increase a bit, but when you look at the total amount of CGs, it feels a bit small. Personally, I had a hope that they would add one or two more per heroine. I remember that Ji-ah was a standing illustration right before the ending credits came out, but I would have liked it if they had finished it with a CG.

The third is that I may have missed it while watching, but I was disappointed that the exact reason why each of the heroines chose a person named 나성한납시호 didn't come out. I guess Ji-ah chose it because she looks at a lot of comments and gets strength and ideas from there, but I don't know the exact reason for the others, so I wish they had revealed it at the end of the heroines' routes.

 

 In conclusion, there were many disappointing points, but I actually enjoyed the game itself so much that I'm writing this long review for the first time. 

The voice actors' performances were so excellent that I enjoyed it throughout the play, and I liked the CGs because they were so pretty and the characters were so attractive even in terms of concept and 캐디.

It must have been difficult to make three heroines, but the story was higher than expected to the point that I liked all of them without missing a single one, and I think I enjoyed and laughed the most among the games I've played recently.

As a side note, Dear My Editor, which was the previous work of the My Favorite Girlfriends Are Thrice Divided production company, is also one of the games I really enjoyed. I'm satisfied with both games I've released, so I'm looking forward to more games!

I don't know if anyone has read this far, but as I said at the beginning, there may be wrong information or I may have said that I was disappointed in a part that I missed. So, you can just read it roughly and skip it because it's just an ordinary user's thoughts that I've said as I please!

This is Narrowdeep, the developer of Inquisitor Shepherd.

In December, as we wrap up the year, we are focusing on improving the completeness of the game's core content and spending busy times.
And we successfully completed our first offline exhibition.
We are sharing the detailed development and project status to date.

🔔 Summary of Key Development Status in December

Chapter 2 Development Continues: We are focusing on developing Chapter 2 content and increasing its completeness. Translation and Review: The translation of the demo version is in its final stages, and we will proceed with localization review. Participation in Offline Exhibition Event: We participated in the Beaverlocks 2025 offline exhibition event through Stove Indie Boost Lab and finished successfully, and started some modifications by reflecting the feedback obtained through the event. Tumblbug Reward: Reward production is complete, and we are now in the final stages of sending it to our sponsors.

🎮 Detailed Development Progress

1. Main Content: Continuous Development and Focus on Chapter 2

We are currently focusing most of our capabilities on the development of Chapter 2, which leads the middle part of the story. 

We are integrating new features and art resources included in Chapter 2, and conducting intensive testing to organically connect the content
We are focusing on increasing the completeness of the game by accelerating the development with the goal of completing Chapter 2.
We are pre-releasing illustrations that will be used in Chapter 2, etc.
This is a conversation scene between 'Brand Manager', who briefly appeared in the demo version, and Shepherd.
2. Global Localization: Translation Completed and Review Scheduled

The English translation of the demo version for the global release of the game is scheduled to be completed in December.
A significant portion of the translation has been reflected, including evidence and clues that can be read in detail, and character profiles.
We plan to proceed with the review process after the translation of the demo version is completed.
3. Participation in Offline Exhibition Event: Reflecting Event Feedback and Modifying Demo Version

The '2025 Beaverlocks Offline Exhibition Event' held from December 5th to 7th was successfully completed.
As it was the first event, we had to prepare a lot in a short period of time, so we spent a lot of time preparing for the event, but we prepared even harder to effectively prepare for the next offline exhibition event.
Through the event, we were able to directly introduce the game to many visitors, help demonstrate the demo version, and receive various feedback, advice, and encouraging words.
We also had the opportunity to communicate with other game developers who participated in the exhibition and had useful conversations.
Through this, we received a lot of inspiration and positive stimulation for future game development.

유년기 시절, 추운 겨울에 홀로 놀이터 한가운데에 앉아 있는 우리의 주인공.




그런 주인공에게 어디서 나타난지 모를 파란 머리의 그녀가 그에게 다가왔습니다.


...




그 날을 기점으로 파란 머리를 지닌 여성이 그의 이상형으로 자리잡게 되었습니다.



 

그날을 회상하고 있던 어느 날, 어렸을때부터 소꿉친구였던 '루미'에게 자신의 집에 와달라는 연락을 받고 옆집인 그녀의 집으로 향하게 되었습니다.




그녀의 집으로 찾아가니 주인공을 맞이하고 있던 사람은

자신의 이상형인 파란 머리를 지닌 또래의 여성이었습니다.




그녀의 이름은 '세아', 지구를 극도로 원해서 침략하러 왔다고 합니다.



 

지구 침략을 준다는 주인공에게 보상을 주고 싶다는 '세아'.

이때다 싶어 주인공은 그녀에게 고백 공격을 갈기고 맙니다.


과연 주인공은 세아와 결혼할 수 있을까요..?




• 장점




- 애니메이션을 향한 한 발자국



(아직 출시 미정이지만, 한국 비노벨 최초로 애니스러운 일러스트를 선보일 예정인 '캠퍼스 메모리얼')


저희 같은 게이머는 '비주얼 노벨'이라는 장르에 대해 인지를 하고 있지만 

게임에 관심이 별로 없는 일반인에게는 비노벨이라는 장르가 마치 '애니메이션' + '텍스트' 같은 인상을 심어줍니다.




장르가 워낙 마이너하다 보니 언제나 그러한 장르에 대해 말씀하시는 분들을 볼때마다 "애니메이션 아니라고!" 이라고 반박하고 싶은 생각을 가지고 있었는데


(개인적으로 제일 좋아하는 컷씬)



이번 메뉴를 즐기고 "이건 인정이지" 라는 생각이 들 정도로 12가지의 부드러운 애니 컷씬을 마주할 수 있었습니다.




힐링스러운 그림체는 덤이고요.


한국 비노벨에서는 아직 이러한 시도를 한적이 없는걸로 알고 있기도 하고

무엇보다 '비노벨' 하면 방대한 텍스트량을 떠올려 입문을 꺼려하시는 분들도 있으시던데

그러한 단점을 간소화시키고 한국 비노벨의 역사를 새로 쓰겠다는 느낌이 들어 크게 와닿았던 부분이 아닌가 싶어요.


(그렇다고 텍스트량이 별로 없다거나 이런 소린 아니니 안심하세요 ㅎㅎ..)




- 보여줘~겨울소녀만의 센스!


저는 이 메뉴를 시식하려 할때 놀랐습니다.



(평소 비노벨에서  나타내는 이름 입력 창)


평소 비노벨에선 이런 식의 창 혹은 검은 배경인 채로 "유저의 이름을 입력하세요" 창이 뜨는 반면에




'겨울 소녀' 는 그런 일반적인 방식을 던져버리고 겨울 소녀만의 디자인을 선보인 건데요.


제목 부터 '겨울 소녀' 이다 보니 겨울스러운 배경을 선보인걸 보실 수 있습니다.


이것뿐만이 아닙니다!




미니 게임도 타 비노벨에 등장할 법한 미니 게임이 아닌 대부분 야바위를 제외하곤 '눈사람 꾸미기' 등 겨울에 할 수 있는 놀이들을 미니 게임 에다 집어 넣었습니다.


평소에 미니게임 자체가 몰입감을 흐뜨린다는 비판이 많았었는데, 

이번 메뉴는 딱히 미니 게임 관련해서는 비판이 없다는걸 알 수 있습니다.

아무래도 미니 게임이 겨울에 즐길 수 있는 놀이를 주제로 두었다 보니 왜 그런 발상을 하였을까 생각을 해보니

인터뷰 내용에서 처럼 순수한 매력을 지닌 일상을 그리는 데에 중점을 두었다는 부분에서 납득이 갔던것 같아요.


생각해보면 주인공은 '세아'를 순수했던 어린 시절에 처음 만나기도 했고 

지구에 대해 잘 모르는 순수한 영혼을 지닌 '세아', 작중에서 순수한 사랑과 행적을 보여준 '루미' 등 순수한 인물들과 관련된 

일상이고 이야기다 보니 미니 게임 대부분도 누구나 순수했던 어린 시절에 집 앞에서 할법한 놀이들을 이용해 공감대를 형성하는 동시에 겨울이 다가오는 현재, 그러한 어린 시절을 추억하며 이번 메뉴를 즐기라는 의미가 아니었나 싶네요.



또한, 인 메뉴 안에서 등장하는 '도그램' 같은 SNS나 



(오타 치다가 지우고 다시 작성하는 깨알 디테일도 포인트랍니다~)


'디스코드'가 생각나는 채팅 시스템의 디테일도 괜찮았다고 봅니다.


무엇보다 좋았던 점은...

• 아쉬운 점




-  히로인의 분량 대비



(루..루며들어버렷!)


누구나 짐작되셨을 '루미'의 분량이 아닌가 싶습니다.


서브 히로인인데 '정실'이라는 생각이 들 정도로 넓은 분량을 보여줍니다.


데모 시절엔 루미의 분량이 너무 없어 보여 루미의 분량이 늘어났음 했었는데

생각보다 너무 크게 주셔서 그거대로 당황스러웠던..ㅎㅎ




-  버그와 오타




메뉴 시식 도중 버그들도 마주했습니다.


녹화를 못하기도 했고 지금쯤은 수정되었을지 모르겠는데 야바위 미니게임 중에 세이브를 하고 로드를 하면

컵이 들어 올려지며 구슬의 위치가 드러나지는 버그가 존재합니다.


또한, 오타도 가끔 보이더라고요 ㅜㅜ






-  설정 오류..?




'세아' 가 나타났을때의 루미의 말을 들어보면

무려 '알몸' 으로 나타났다고 하는데요.




그러나 후반에 나온 주인공의 회상을 살펴보면 옷도 '루미가 준 교복 그대로인 상태입니다.

물론 개발진분들이 15세 메뉴로 목표를 정해서 '그' 상태가 아닌 옷을 입혔을 수도 있지만

앞에서는 '그' 상태라고 묘사를 했으면서 회상에서는 뜬금포로 당시에 받지도 않았을 교복을 입고 있는걸 보니

뭔가 프롤로그가 묵살된것 같아 묘하더라고요,,,


하다 못해 다른 옷이라던가 실루엣으로만 묘사를 했더라면 덜 아쉬웠을지도 모르겠네요.






총합 : ★★


"메인과 서브의 배분이라던지 조금씩 존재하는 오탈자, 버그는 아쉬움을 자아내었지만

첫사랑이 담긴 메인 스토리와 중간중간 애니메이션 컷씬을 집어넣어 참신함과 비주얼 두 마리의 토끼를 잡은 점,

한국 비노벨에서 집어 넣을때마다 항상 단점으로 꼽히던 미니게임 등의 장점을 잘 보여주었습니다."

확실히 최근 나오는 비노벨들이 애니메이션 연출 등 비주얼적으로 점점 발전해나가는 것 같아 좋습니다.
