1. 던전 디펜더스 시리즈
출시일: 6월 3주차 중
장르: 타워 디펜스
지금까지 한국어를 지원하지 않았던 던전 디펜더스(2011), 던전 디펜더스 2(2017), 던전 디펜더스 어웨큰드(2020)가 약 13년 만에 스토브 인디를 통해 한국어를 지원하게 됐습니다. 현재 사전예약 중이에요.
던전 디펜더스는 원하는 직업을 선택해 방벽, 타워, 함정 등을 만들고 사방에서 몰려오는 몬스터들을 막아내는 타워 디펜스 게임입니다.
타워보다 캐릭터가 특히 더 중요하며, 장비 파밍이 가장 재미있는 요소 중 하나에요. 던전 디펜더스 어웨이큰드는 온라인 매칭이 가능해 최대 4인의 플레이어가 협동해서 즐길 수도 있습니다. 친구 초대도 가능하고요. 서양풍 그래픽이라 워크래프트 유즈맵 하는 느낌도 드네요.
2. 러브크레센도
출시일: 6월 28일 18시
장르: 연애 시뮬레이션
러브크레센도는 변태 오타쿠 친구 한 명 밖에 없는 쓸쓸한 전학생이 주인공입니다. 어느 날 예쁜 여학생으로부터 밴드부 가입 제안을 받으면서 벌어지는 에피소드를 다뤘어요.

어비스 에버라스팅은 유어 블라이트, 백야기담 등으로 좋은 평가를 받았던 개발사, 이그노스트의 신작입니다. 이번 신작도 상당히 어두운 분위기를 가지고 있네요.
배경은 자연적인 빛 한 점도 없는 칠흑의 세상, 무저갱입니다. 사람들은 백왕이 하사한 탑의 빛에 의지해 살아가며, 빛이 계속 나오도록 백왕이 사는 빛의 도시에 무녀를 바쳐야 해요.
주인공은 10년 만에 고향에 돌아왔고, 무녀이자 자신의 소꿉친구가 빛의 도시에 바쳐진다는 사실을 알게 됩니다. 그리고 경호원으로서 그녀와 빛의 도시까지 동행하게 되죠. 플레이어는 수많은 선택의 기로에 서게 되며, 선택에 따라 동료와의 관계, 나아가 스토리 결말에 영향을 미칩니다.
한편으로는 식량, 랜턴의 연료, 감정, 날짜 등 변수까지 신경 쓰며 싸워야 하는 텍스트 어드벤처 RPG라서 취향을 많이 탈 것 같은데요. 이번 신작에서도 수위가 높은 시크릿 플러스 버전이 나오기 때문에 기대감도 더해줍니다.
4. Fight to the Death
출시일: 6월 중
장르: 뱀서류
이번에는 무지성으로 즐길만한 게임도 하나 가져와봤어요. Fight to the Death는 수천 마리의 몬스터로 가득 찬 투기장에서 살아남는 뱀서류 게임입니다.
원하는 캐릭터 클래스와 무기를 선택해서 스탯 및 스킬을 업그레이드하며 싸운다는, 쉽고 직관적인 플레이 방식을 채택했죠. 그래픽이 다소 투박하지만 가시성이 좋습니다.
현재 얼리액세스 단계이며, 유저들의 피드백을 빠르게 반영하고 있어 호평 중이에요. 스토브 인디에서 한국어화를 진행했습니다.
