Hello, I am writing this post to organize the rumors about the mythical weapon that have been spreading recently.
This article is written for the public good and is intended to prevent further misunderstandings and unnecessary damage, so please do not misunderstand the intention.
The issue regarding the recent Prince Mythical Staff is that the account that purchased the Mythical Staff within the Barthes Union, Haengseon (Operational Magic), was organizing its account (including the staff) and there was talk of trading characters with guild members within the Operational Guild. There may have been a misunderstanding about that, and the people in question decided to transfer to a guild within the Union, which is why the story started coming out.
So the prince, who had always been interested in the staff, was worried that the staff would go outside again, and at that time, I happened to hear a rumor that a 3-option mythical staff was being sold in Morian for 1200, so I told the prince that if he was interested, I would join.
The prince said that he would rather buy the mythical staff for 1200 and wait for the world transfer than sell the staff in the alliance for 1200 since he is also organizing his characters. The information was relayed to the relevant guild (operation).
During the delivery process, the guild master and management who were stressed out by the previous myth weapon initially said they would not sell it, and I said that since it was brought up, they only delivered it and it would be better not to trade it.
However, in order to reduce discord within the alliance, the candle that was holding the staff contacted me and said that it was going to sell the staff, so I told him that the game would be boring if I sold the staff on that day as well. I told the prince that it was an item that had already left, so it could be a case of seeing things through the eyes, but he said that he would proceed with the transaction, so I thought there would be no problem and I was watching the situation.

And I thought we could make a good deal since a chat room was created, but during the negotiation process, the Operations Guild said something to the guild members, so they asked if I could give them the 1200+ legendary staff that the prince character was wearing, and in the case of the prince, even though the staff that could be taken out was worth 300,000 days based on the union price, I agreed to buy it for the external price of 1200, but during the transaction, additional information was added, so they started telling me that the content was unpleasant.

During that process, the atmosphere seemed to be getting tense on the operational side, so they said it was a joke and that if the cane didn't work, they could hunt with their fists. The prince said that this part was uncomfortable and expressed his intention not to make a deal.
However, we do not want unnecessary problems to arise within the same alliance, so in the case of Onelly and I, in order to end the transaction amicably, we told the prince that it was what he wanted, so he should make a good deal, and asked the guild members about the operation, so they said that he had told them something, and asked if it was because of the distribution issue. We said that since operations are an unwritten rule, we will not tell them to do this or that, but we would be grateful if they could make the transaction without any problems, so we changed the target of the transaction from Candle to Cream and proceeded with the transaction.
The transaction, which had many lingering concerns, was over, and since the amount was large and there was clearly a union, it was clear that there would be problems when the transaction amount was revealed, so I clearly conveyed my position that I would like to have them notify me in advance.
And the problem started the next day, after the prince character was revealed on Vijay Ure's broadcast, issues related to the mythical staff started to surface.
Naturally, the enemy alliance PK started mocking and spreading all kinds of rumors and slander, and additionally, those who had decided to move the guild in the operation side kept bringing up the topic, and the operation side became aware of the content and started receiving contacts that guild members were leaving because it was a problem.
The prince said to the guild members anyway, and he only traded the mythical weapon for 1200 even though he was a salesman, but that became a problem and a post was uploaded, and the guild members in question left the guild and said they would come to the Shadow Clan, so they started contacting me as the union leader to resolve the issue so that it wouldn't become a problem, and I contacted the problematic guild master, Cream, and told him that it wasn't good for either of us, so resolve it quickly. You made the trade and you have your own way of running your guild, so I won't tell you to distribute it or not.

That part is an abuse of authority, so we can't say anything, but to make it quiet, we asked the guild members to give out chicken, and the magician to go back into the chat and ask for a character, saying that he left the chat because of a misunderstanding about the mythical staff. We asked him to put an end to the internal problem.

He also conveyed that it would be better for the management to respond internally and resolve the issue as if there were no internal problems.
After that, I talked to him and he told me that the problem with the guild members was that the candlelight vigil had decided on the staff, and that all of Gala's acquaintances who were dissatisfied with this were likely to leave the guild. I wanted to quickly resolve the situation as it seemed to be getting worse, and after receiving the intention to resolve the situation through a meeting, I told them that those who were leaving were also those who had originally taken issue with the operating policy, so I asked them to resolve the situation and contact me. However, after the meeting, I received a message from Gala, who told me to notify them that Dico was leaving in the middle and to choose between Chotchot and me.

And then I got a call from him saying that he would come back after talking to me, but he said that there would be a large number of guild members leaving, so he wanted to send the members who left to the alliance and stay neutral for a season.

There may be differences in what each party understands in this part, but what I felt at the time was that the first people who went to the Shadow Clan were mostly main members. Those who left in large numbers would be returned to the alliance, and the person would stay neutral for a season. The part that raised questions was whether PK would leave it alone. Would the boss eat it? I asked if I could talk to PK, and when the boss replied that he would eat it, I didn't really understand, so I started swearing and getting angry.
There is no reason why swearing can be justified, but at the time, I couldn't understand the idea of going to a server with a small number of people and taking down the boss after receiving mediation from PK, and the fact that the problematic parts before that were not being resolved and that kind of response was coming, so I swore at them and got angry.

I have nothing to say about this part, no matter what kind of criticism or blame you may have, and I sincerely apologize to the person involved.

The conversation continued until the next day, and the Operation Guild, unable to endure the long conversation and the verbal abuse, decided to withdraw from the alliance and become neutral, and are now enemies.
The writing was long, but anyway, it is not true that the union executives, including myself, had negative thoughts or views on the Operations Guild, and I wrote a long writing to say that the Crown Prince did not impose any compulsion on the Mythical Staff.
The position of the union leader is to have the ability to mediate discord within the union without any issues, but the fact that he was caught up in emotions and the situation and did not resolve the issue amicably and instead used harsh words toward the person involved cannot be justified for any reason, and I sincerely apologize.

I have apologized several times through Chotchot and Kingbatnyang, but I do not think the person involved will forgive or understand that part.
